This morning I was thinking about softball and our play offs and how much fun I had with my teammates cracking jokes about this he-she on our team and I remember our last game and a comment I heard from one of my teammates that really disturbed me. I will tell you the story and you tell me how pathetic you think this girl is and also tell me if you think the coach was right to pull me out but that it another story I will tell after I tell about this one. Keep in mind if you were on my team this year and you know everyone or were on my team a few years ago I am not mentioning names
This all started before our first playoff game when our coach was telling us that if we win we go on to the next game which was the next day and if we loose we are out because it was single game elimination. I was listening intentivly so I could here our game plan was. Then my teammate blurts out "I hope we loose I dont want to come back tomorrow I have other things to do." Of course my coach doesn't do anything about it he just goes on with his "speech." Well this girl purposely didnt do her best so she could go to the movies with her boyfriend or something but the coach still put her in because he didnt care.
That was what happened before the game but once it was over and we had lost this same girl was almost crying because we lost and I heard her saying "This year sucked because we lost so much but last year was the best year because we won the Championship." I thought this year was fun even though we didnt get to far in the playoffs but I didn't care I thought it was fun cracking jokes about the He-She's and it was awesome so I said "Hey _______ It's not about winning its about having fun." Her answer went something like this "Pusha!"
I wrote this to see if anyone agrees with me. So please comment and tell me if anyone does.
My Next story was also about softball and this is the one I thought you should comment and see if I am right. Those on my team tell me if you think I was right. Tiffani if you see this tell me if you think I was right that you should have pitched.
I was pitching it was 3-2 full count and I was about to pitch when coach said that he was taking me out of the game. I was angry but then I heard him tell Nicole to go in and I was even more angry! Nicole said she didnt want to pitch that game and she already had. Our coach could have put one of our really good pitchers in, Tiffani, but instead he put in Nicole and she walked lots of people. I thought it was unfair that he took me out for a few bad pitches! It wasn't like I did 2 innings of 5 runs each infact they didn't score more than 10 runs on me they scored about 6 maybe even less like 4.
